Kyirung to Lhasa Overland Tour

Day 01: Kathmandu to Kyirung 165km

Our staff will pick up from your hotel in Kathmandu in the morning and then we will drive along small mountain road to the border at Nepalese side; on the way you can enjoy thewaterfall, river, gorges, forest. Finally, we will arrive at Kyirung

Day 02: Day 2: Kyirung to Tingri 300km

Early in the morning drive to Kyurung theb you enter Tibet, you will be meeting the Tibetan tour guide at Kyirong border and then you will get transferred from Kyirong to Old Tingri (4300m). On the way, you will enjoy the view beautiful border line and snow-capped mountain and evergreen forest. As you pass Tongla Pass (5100m) , you can appreciate the epic mountain vista of Himalayan range.Stay overnight in hotels in Tingri.

Day 03: Tingri to Ronbuk(4980m) 70Km – Everest Base Camp – Ronbuk

Drive to Ronbuk and hike and explore around Everest Base Camp.

Day 04: Day 3: Ronbuk to Shigatse 360km

Today you will drive about 360km to Shigatse. On the way, tourists view the a vast plain of Shigatse appreciate the mgnificent murals and biggest Library of Buddhist scriptures in Tibet. In addition, you can also have far view of Mountain Everest. Stay overnight in hotels in Shigatse

Day 05: Shigatse to Lhasa via Gyantse. 271km.

In the Morning visit Panchen Lama’s Tashilompo Monastery and drive to Gyantese vistit Khumbum stupa and Phalkhor Monastery Overnight at Hotel.

Day 06: Lhasa Full day Sightseeing.

After breakfast processed for full days Sightseeing of Potala Palace Potala Palace is one of the most beautiful monuments in Tibet with 1,000 room and 13 stores to explore this is probably the most popular tourist attaraction in Tibet and Jokhang tstrongple Jokhang tstrongple which was constructed back on 07 th century attracts hundred of tourists every years. This tstrongple has a very huge sakyanumi Buddha statue and is considered the holiest place in Tibet . Barkhor Market Palace, Barkhor Street is the centrifugal tide of pilgrim then you can see the several small, fascinating tstrongple into the route.

Day 07: Lhasa Fullday Sightseeing.

After breakfast full day sightseeing of Sera Monastery Sera Monastery specialized in the fundamental precepts of Buddhism . Sera survived the ravage of the cultural revolution with the light damage although many of the lesser colleges were destroyed .Drepung Monastery Drepung Monastery was one of the world’s Largest monasteries it was founded in 1416. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 08: Lhasa to Airport.

After the breakfast fly bank to Kathmandu or to your onward destination.
