16 Days Lhasa Everest Base Camp Kailash tour is a complete tour package that covers the major attractions of Lhasa and Central Tibet and once in a lifetime experience of Everest Base Camp, Mt. Kailash and holy Lake Manasarovar. You will be thrilled by the breathtaking views of the snow-capped peaks and Tibetan countryside. Witness Buddhist prayer ceremonies, visit the homes of local Tibetans and observe religious customs to give you and insight into the Tibetan life and religious practices. After exploring the lake and surrounding area, we will follow the 3-day pilgrimage trail trek around the holy mountain to complete an once-in-a-lifetime Kora or Parikrama. Afterwards, we drive back to Kathmandu through overland drive.

Day 01 Kathmandu (1,300m) – Lhasa (3,650m):
Departure Transport to Tribhuban International Airport kathmandu and Trans – Himalayan flight to Tibet (Gongaar airport) (1hr.) Drive to Lhasa (1hr.) – Full rest for acclimatization – O/N at Hotel.

Day 02-03 In Lhasa: Two Full Days Sightseeing Tour In Lhasa
Visit Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple & Barkhor Bazaar, Drepung Monastery and Sera Monastery – O/N at Hotel.

Day 04 Lhasa – Gyantse (3950m) 261 Km
Drive to Gyantse via Yamadroke Lake and high passes: Kora LA (5,010m) & Kamba La (4,794m) – Hotel.

Day 05 Gyantse – Xigatse (3,900m): 90km
AM: Sight-seeing in Gyantse including Pholkor & Kumbum Monastery. PM: scenic drive to Xigatse(1.5hrs) through the typical Tibetan Countryside – Hotel.

Day 06 Xigatse – Xegar (4,100m): 270km
AM: Visit Panchen Lama’s Tashilhumpu Monastery. Then Drive to Xegar crossing over Gyatchula (a pass of 5,200m) – O/N at Guest House.

Day 07 Xegar – Ronbuk (4,980m): Aprox 90km
Scenic drive to Ronbuk through the beautiful Tibetan countryside. Explore Ronbuk Monastery (highest monastery in the world) – O/N at Guest House.

Day 08 Ronbuk – Everest BC – Tingri (4200m) 90km
Rent a horse cart or walk to the Everest Base Camp and explore around – Drive to TingriO/N at Guest House.

Day 09: Tingri – Saga (4,600m) 280km. O/N at Tented Camp

Day 10: Saga – Manasarovar (4550m) 460km – O/N Camp

Day 11: Explore Lake Manasarover then drive to Darchen (4,660m) 53km. O/N at Camp

Day 11: Darchen – Dira Phuk (4,900m) 18km. O/N at Camp

Day 12: Dira Phuk – Zutul Phuk (4,750m) 20km. O/N at Camp

Day 13: Zutul Phuk - Darchen (14km) – drive to Mamasarover (4,330m) 60km. O/N Camp

Day 14: Drive to Saga O/N at Camp

Day 15: Drive to Kerung O/N at Guest House

Day 16: Drive to Kerung to Border where transportation wait for group for final journey to Kathmandu.
