You will fly to Lhasa city in Tibet from Kathmandu and starts the adventurous mountain bike tour after few days sightseeing in Lhasa. You will follow the route to Lhasa - Tsedang - Nagatse - Gyantse - Shigatse - Tso La - Lhatse - Shegar - Pangla - Rongbuk - Tingri - Thang La - Nyalam - Dhulikhel - Kathmandu. You will not forget the extraordinary adventure in your life.

Day 01: Flight to Lhasa. And Drive to Tsedang (3520m) O/N at Hotel.

Day 02: Full day Sightseeing tour in Tsedang including Yambulakhang, Tamdruk Monastery O/N at Hotel.

Day 03: Ride Bicycle to Lhasa(3650m) 105km Via Samye Monastery O/N at Hotel.

Day 04 /05: Sightseeing in Lhasa By Cycle. Including Potala Palace, Norbulinka Palace, Jokhang Temple Sera Monastery, Drepunfg Monastery and Barkhor Market.

Day 06: Ride Cycle to Ganden Monbastery(70km) for a day excrussion and back to Lhasa O/N at Hotel.

Day 07: Drive to Kambala pass and Stat cycleing to Nagatse(4400m) via Yamdrok Lake O/N at Guest House.

Day 08: Ride to Gyantse.(3950m) O/N at Hotel.

Day 09: Gyantse to Shigatse.(3900m) O/N at Hotel.

Day 10: Sightseeing and Rest in Shigatse.O/N at Hotel.

Day 11: Shigatse to Tso La.(4200m) O/N at Guest House.

Day 12: Tso La to Lhatse.(4300m) O/N at Guest House.
