8 Days Tibet Tour

Day 01: Kathmandu (1,300 M) - Zhangmu (2,300 M) / Nyalam (3700 M): 126 KM
Morning you will drive to the Nepal- Tibet border (4 hours) with the scenic view of beautiful countryside. After necessary border formalities and meeting over the Tibetan guide; drive to Zhangmu/Nyalam (2 hours). O/N at Guest house.

Day 02: Zhangmu – Xegar (4300 M): 252 KM
After breakfast in the morning, drive to Xegar via Lalugla pass from where you can enjoy the beautiful view of Mt. Xisapangma (8,212M) and Mt. Cho- oyu (8,201M) and continue journey to Xegar. O/N at Guest house. B/B

Day 03: Xegar – Shigatse (3,950 M): 224 KM
Drive from Xegar to Shigatse. O/N at Hotel. B/B 

Day 04: Shigatse – Gyantse (3,950 M): 90 KM
In the morning; visit Panchen Lama’s Tashilompo Monastery and drive to Gyantse, visit Khumbula Stupa and Phalkhor Monastery. O/N at Hotel. B/B

Day 05: Gyantse – Lhasa (3,650 M): 120 KM
Drive to Lhasa via Yamdrok Lake. O/N at Hotel. B/B

Day 06/07: Two full days sightseeing in Holy city Lhasa:
Visit Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Sera Monastery, Drepung Monastery and Barkhor Market O/N Hotel. B/B

Day 08: Lhasa – Kathmandu (By Flight): 01 Hour
Finally, your unforgettable tour ends; Departure to the Gongar Airport and fly back to Kathmandu with beautiful panoramic view of several mountains.
